No. Under Georgia Notary law, the physical appearance of the document signer is required at the time of the notarization. There are no exceptions to this rule.

No. Birth certificates, Social Security cards, utility bills, credit cards, or school IDs are not acceptable forms of identification. 

Acceptable identification has four key elements: 

1. Issued by U.S. government agency

2. Contains a number assigned by the agency

3. Picture of the holder

4. Signature of the holder
