The sum total of service includes notary fees, travel, and direct labor costs.
Georgia Notaries are authorized to perform a notarial act for the execution [signing] of a document.

signer must appear, swear to or affirm the truthfulness of the document content, and sign in presence of notary.
"Do you acknowledge that .."
signer will acknowledge their understanding of the nature and purpose of the document and their willingness to sign.
"Do you swear/affirm under penalties of perjury that .."
verbal ceremony: signer will choose to either (1) swear to God or (2) affirm on their personal honor regarding official duty or document truthfulness.
A photocopy of a document, judgment, or record that is signed and attested to as an accurate and a complete reproduction of the original document.
Mobile notary fees are determined by the distance to the location address, current mileage and fuel rates. Rates are subject to change.
